Hate to say it but exchange Cameron’s easy target of ‘poor single mothers’ for ‘jews’ and we have a disturbing parallel. He’s not just using divide and rule over the NHS, he’s adopting it for the rest of the country and trying to lay blame for the country’s problems at the feet of not just the poor, but a minority in that group. How better to distract the country from his hateful policies?
His ‘big society’ rhetoric was rubbish. Every one of his acts as PM has been designed to divide society from issues such as education and social care, to housing and public health, while squeezing the public’s quality of life. This is yet another ‘don’t blame me, blame them’ tactic which will only create more social division, particularly among the working and middle classes who are finding the cost of living increase as the standard decreases. He can’t have people laying the blame where it rightly lies as he does sod all about them (the banks and loan companies who leant irresponsibly and conned people out of worthless insurance and dodgy pension plans, and the massive corporations who fired people from their jobs so their bottom line would look better) so he attacks and penalises people who can’t fight back: the disabled, the terminally ill, the jobless, single mothers and their children.
What’s next, Cameron? Internment camps for the poor, and forced labour?
