I hate 'trying to sell myself' as it's far too much like job interviews (something which strikes me dumb with terror) but my 'Blogging' for Dummies book says an 'About Me' section is important so here goes and I apologise in advance if this is crap.
I'm foremost a stay-at-home-mum of 3 beautiful boys, and a wife to a wonderful, supportive and nurturing husband. an atheist, humanist, freethinker, secularist, liberal socialist, the UK Goodwill Ambassador for ResponsibleCharity.org (see link further down) and an Open University BA (honours) history student so that Once the kids are at school I can begin training to be a teacher.
You generally wont find many ramblings or musings about me or my personal life, mostly because I don't believe for a moment that people are in the slightest bit interested..but that isn't to say I won't mention certain things occasionally especially if something has really annoyed me.
This blog began as away to display my paintings and poetry but I realised it had more potential than that. I have wanted to write for as long as I can remember. It's all I have ever really wanted to do so with this I aim to a keep running commentary on news and current affairs. I also have several causes of which I am very passionate about which will get plugged shamelessly and with gay abandon. I hope you enjoy my blog.
